I love these wraps! They are yummy, filling, easy to make and high in protein/low in carbs. Love them!

Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg whites (about ¼ cup)
  • splash of milk (I've been using cashew milk)
  • seasonings of your choice (I love to sprinkle in some seasoning salt and black pepper)
  • toppings and fillings of your choice (cheese, peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, avocado, mushrooms, sour cream, salsa, ketchup, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Note: While I'm cooking my egg wrap, I like to saute my onions and peppers in a little olive oil in another pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix egg, egg whites, milk and seasonings very well with a fork or wire whisk.
  3. Pour egg mixture onto large heated pan.
  4. Cook until egg is set on one side. Flip over and cook the other side until cooked through...
  5. If you want to add cheese, sprinkle some on top of the hot egg wrap so it can melt.
  6. Remove egg wrap from pan and top with desired toppings...
  7. I love to top mine with cheese, turkey (or ham), sauteed onions and peppers and avocado. Yum!
  8. Roll the wrap up and top with any additional toppings...
  9. I love to top mine with salsa and a little lite sour cream. It is sooooo good! Enjoy!
