Healthy Egg Wraps
Author: Melanie @ HappyBeingHealthy.com
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites (about ¼ cup)
- splash of milk (I've been using cashew milk)
- seasonings of your choice (I love to sprinkle in some seasoning salt and black pepper)
- toppings and fillings of your choice (cheese, peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, avocado, mushrooms, sour cream, salsa, ketchup, etc.)
- Note: While I'm cooking my egg wrap, I like to saute my onions and peppers in a little olive oil in another pan.
- In a small bowl, mix egg, egg whites, milk and seasonings very well with a fork or wire whisk.
- Pour egg mixture onto large heated pan.
- Cook until egg is set on one side. Flip over and cook the other side until cooked through...
- If you want to add cheese, sprinkle some on top of the hot egg wrap so it can melt.
- Remove egg wrap from pan and top with desired toppings...
- I love to top mine with cheese, turkey (or ham), sauteed onions and peppers and avocado. Yum!
- Roll the wrap up and top with any additional toppings...
- I love to top mine with salsa and a little lite sour cream. It is sooooo good! Enjoy!
