This is a very quick, easy and yummy recipe for Cauliflower Rice. Use it as a replacement for rice in a lot of recipes.

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • olive oil spray
  • Seasoned Salt (or seasonings of your choice!)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash cauliflower and cut it into florets
  3. Transfer cauliflower florets into food processor (I imagine a blender would work too!) and pulse until the cauliflower becomes small pieces that are about the size of rice.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  5. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
  6. Spread the cauliflower rice out evenly on top of the foil.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  8. Season with seasoning salt (or seasonings of your choice.)
  9. Roast at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned.
  10. Enjoy!
