Easy, Moist and Flavorful Baked Chicken

This is such a yummy, easy recipe that I love so much! It makes meal prep and macro counting a cinch.

Ingredients
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • seasonings of choice (seasoned salt, lemon pepper, Cajun, poultry seasoning, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray pan with a little cooking spray (I used a glass 9×13 pan.)
  3. Cut excess fat and goobers off of chicken and then cut it into individual portions.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the pan (they can touch, but shouldn’t overlap.)
  5. Lightly spray each chicken piece with olive oil (or you can brush it on.)
  6. Sprinkle desired seasonings on chicken (I used a little seasoning salt and lemon pepper.)
  7. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  8. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Flip the chicken pieces over.
  10. Bake chicken for another 20 minutes or until cooked through.
