I love this stuff as a late night snack. Definitely calms the sweet tooth! Yum!

  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt (I love Fage, Chobani or Kirkland brands)
  • ½ to 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (depending on how much protein you want)
  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon baking Stevia
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of milk, depending on the consistency you want.
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together and enjoy!
