Well friends, I’m still “in” my Oxygen Challenge and I really love it. I can’t say I’m “goin’ strong,” but I’m not struggling either. I’m kind of in a “slow, but steady” pattern and I think (i.e. hope) it’s a good thing. I’ve just been more aware of my healthy habits. I’ve been paying more attention to what I’m putting in my body, I’ve been trying to get adequate sleep (it seems like I’m either terrible or awesome at this) and I’ve been fitting in most of my workouts. Well hello my friends! I’m sad to say that this little sweetie pie started preschool this week. 🙁 Oh my heart. Thanksgiving + Living a Healthy Lifestyle throughout the Years!
Well holy cow, it’s been a looooonnnnng time! Sorry ’bout that. 🙁 I have been so sick the past week and a half! I’m not sure if it’s a mega cold or the flu, but it has kicked my can. Kev and 2 of our kids were also sick, but they’re all doing pretty well now. I’m doing much better, but it seems like it’s just taken forever to completely go away! Getting Back to Healthy Again
Well, we are back from our fun Thanksgiving trip to Oregon. We had a wonderful time, but it’s always so nice to be home. Last week was such a crazy week! Kev and I went on our little overnighter on Tuesday and then we were out of town the rest of the week. A Fun Run and Good Food
I went on a run outside yesterday for the first time in months! I loved it so much. I’ve been running a little bit on the treadmill at the gym, but for some reason I haven’t been running “for reals” in a long time. Sooo, I ran about 4 1/2 miles with my 3 year old in the jogger.
