Complete the number of reps listed in one minute for each exercise listed below (If you aren’t familiar with an exercise, click on it to see a video on how to do it):
1- Tricep dips with a chair (40 reps)
2- Tuck Jumps (40 reps)
3- Kettlebell swings (25) (you don’t need a kettlebell, you can just use a dumbbell)
4- Full situps (20)
5- Dynamic side lunges (30)
When all 5 exercises are completed, do 50 frog jumps and repeat the 5 exercises again (do this 5 times total).
Finish with 50 overhead presses, 50 walking lunges, and 50 mountain climbers.
